When you build or track an order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order choices, notes, and artwork files. We store private support messages and our email responses. We also collect limited website activity such as the page visited, referring source, device category, and a randomly assigned visitor identifier. For abuse prevention, the site keeps a short-lived one-way fingerprint derived from request information; it does not store the raw IP address in its rate-limit records.

We use this information to prepare estimates, review artwork, fulfill orders, arrange pickup or shipping, send confirmations and status updates, provide support, prevent misuse, and understand how the site is being used.

Card payments are completed on Square. Higher Vibes does not receive or store your full card number through this website. We use service providers for payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, database storage, and artwork storage only as needed to operate the order service. Higher Vibes does not use this website to sell personal information.

The site uses a first-party cookie named hv_visitor to recognize repeat visits without placing your name or email in the cookie. It may remain on your device for up to one year. You can remove it through your browser settings. Campaign links may include a source and campaign label. We use these to attribute an order request to the most recent Facebook or Instagram visit from the same browser within 30 days. This does not identify your social media profile.

When you submit a review, we store your chosen display name, star rating, comment, and any product photo you attach. These details become public after approval, along with any reply from Higher Vibes. Pending and hidden reviews are available only in the owner dashboard. Your email address is stored privately so we can respond directly; it is never displayed with your review. Please avoid including contact information or private order details in your review or photo.
